The tribe of JOT holds the key to a secret manipulation of sound, which they use to enhance their technology and weaponry. The jungles surround half of the base of Mt Bella and end where the cliffs of Mt. Bella meet the Dead Sea. The jungles are filled with exotic creatures whom the Tribe considers part of their family.
Grunt
Cave Dwellers
Grunt
The Cave Dwellers are led by Grunt who is the Alpha of the Pack and his wife Quill. Quill spends much of her time calming Grunt down and translating what he has to say to outsiders of their cave community. The Cave Dwellers are an ancient and mysterious tribe of people, some say as old as the Bellaneese tribe from Mt. Bella. There is a fable told about a king who once ruled the Cradle, he had a son and a daughter named Baton and Bella. He loved both of his children very much, but one day after waking up from his slumber, he found his daughter lying in her bed dead. His son Baton was nowhere to be found, but his shirt was on the floor covered in his sister’s blood.
The King’s heart was broken and filled with rage towards Baton. After burying his daughter on a mountain just outside the Cradle, he got word that his son had been found in the jungles and had him arrested.
The King had his son beaten and thrown into a dungeon carved out of the mountainside where his daughter was buried. Although Baton desperately denied his involvement in his sisters death, no one would believe him. Growing tired of hearing his son screaming at night, the King released dread wolves into the cave. He was never heard from again.
Prince Baton is said to be the forefather of all cave dwellers. Years after his imprisonment, the cave which held him was opened and explored to find his remains. Nothing was found, except a vast system of tunnels like a labyrinth and strange symbols carved into the rock walls. Only those smart enough to tether themselves to ropes found their way back once entering.
Cascade
Dark Fleet
Cascade
Motto
I was born of the sea, to its grave, I will leave.
Captain of the Dark Fleet. Cascade and her armada have a foothold on all high-end commodities coming in and out of the port of Vallhorn. Though Cascade’s occupation is officially the transportation of goods, we can also add bounty hunting and smuggling to her repertoire.
Rael
Valhorn
Rael
Motto
Eat, Drink and be Scary, for tomorrow someone I hate will die.
Chancellor of the City of Vallhorn. Rael “The Great” as he prefers to be addressed is an epicurean of sorts, desiring the finest things his surrounding land has to offer. The irony is, he is without self-control, and coining his actions as overindulgence would be putting it lightly. Nothing about Rael is light!! His origin and place of birth are unknown but many servants who now work for him quietly claim that he grew up poor in the slums within the Valley city of Vallhorn.
